1.1 These Terms govern the relationship between pub 556 and every registered user of the platform. Continued use of pub 556 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

1.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with pub 556's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

1.3 pub 556 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

1.4 These Terms are written in English, which shall be the controlling language for all interpretive purposes. Translations provided for convenience shall have no legal effect in the event of a dispute.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use pub 556, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including jurisdictions on PAGCOR's or other applicable regulatory bodies' restricted lists;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pub 556 or any affiliated game studio or technology partner.

2.2 pub 556 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or valid passport. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by pub 556 will result in account suspension pending verification.

2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. pub 556 may perform verification checks and, where an account is found to have been registered by or on behalf of an ineligible person, that account will be closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with pub 556. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — whether directly or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, subject to PAGCOR regulatory review.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information updated throughout the duration of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub 556 login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your pub 556 account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify pub 556 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 pub 556 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations under clause 3.3.

3.5 KYC Verification. pub 556 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Full verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address — must be completed before withdrawal functions are activated on your account.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pub 556 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), 7-Eleven (deposits only), and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub 556 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel. Deposits are credited to your account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit or to a verified bank account held in the user's registered name. pub 556 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within two (2) business hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal review procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. All withdrawals must be directed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the pub 556 account holder. pub 556 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.6 pub 556 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, conduct enhanced due diligence, or delay processing where required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or internal risk management procedures. Users will be notified of any such action within a reasonable timeframe.

5.1 pub 556 may offer bonuses, free credits, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and are in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet rules will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.3 pub 556 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional award where it reasonably believes that:

• The bonus was claimed in error or in breach of eligibility conditions;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct was involved in claiming or wagering the bonus;
• The user exploited a technical error or vulnerability in the platform;
• The user has opened multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses.

5.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash except in accordance with applicable wagering requirements, or assigned to another user.

6.1 All games available on pub 556 are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. pub 556 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, pub 556's server-side game records shall be the authoritative record of the game state. Incomplete rounds will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's handling rules.

6.3 All bets placed and accepted by the system are final and binding. pub 556 will not reverse or adjust confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction, and only where the applicable game provider's malfunction policy supports such adjustment.

6.4 pub 556 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or modify any game in the platform library at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, certification renewal, or compliance reasons.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub 556 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one account;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or device to access pub 556;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the source of funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to access any part of pub 556's infrastructure, systems, or databases without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pub 556 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to pub 556 by a person under 21 years of age.

8.1 pub 556 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions seriously. pub 556 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or be logged out after a set period of play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from accessing pub 556. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.2 pub 556 strictly prohibits gaming by persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. Users who suspect that a minor has accessed or is attempting to access pub 556 should contact pub 556 support immediately.

8.4 pub 556 does not offer gaming services on credit. All gameplay must be funded from a verified positive balance in the user's account wallet.

9.1 All content on the pub 556 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the exclusive property of pub 556 or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub 556 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any pub 556 content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of pub 556 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub 556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session continuity.

10.2 pub 556's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless the claim arises from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by pub 556.

10.3 pub 556 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. pub 556 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to users.

10.4 pub 556 is not responsible for any internet service provider charges, data usage fees, or other costs incurred by users in connection with accessing the platform.

11.1 pub 556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where pub 556 reasonably determines that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• A PAGCOR directive, court order, or law enforcement request requires account action;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

11.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) that is not subject to an active dispute, hold, or regulatory freeze will be returned to the user via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

11.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pub 556 customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12.1 pub 556 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

12.2 Details of how pub 556 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data — including your rights as a data subject under Philippine law — are set out in pub 556's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.3 By using pub 556, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting pub 556's Data Protection Officer, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory obligations that require pub 556 to retain your data.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 pub 556 operates under a licence issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). PAGCOR retains supervisory authority over the conduct of pub 556's gaming operations and certain player dispute matters arising from licensed gaming activity.

13.3 In the event of a dispute between you and pub 556 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform:

1. You must first submit the dispute in writing to pub 556 customer support, providing full details of your claim;
2. pub 556 will respond to your complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt;
3. If the dispute is not resolved at the customer support level, either party may escalate to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework;
4. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14.1 pub 556 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, affected users will be notified at least seven (7) calendar days in advance via the contact details associated with their registered account, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at pub556.net/terms-conditions. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated.

14.3 If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using pub 556 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
